Jackson's will be open and serving Father's Day brunch on Sunday, June 20, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $33 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée.
Appetizer selections include: fresh fruit and assorted berry parfait, lobster bisque with dry sherry and fresh chives, and Jackson's Caesar Salad.
Entrée selections include: steakhouse eggs benedict with beef tenderloin and béarnaise; New Zealand lamb rack with roasted garlic and Windsor blue cheese crust and lamb reduction sauce; 6-ounce aged petite filet with garlic confit and demi-glace; chicken primavera pasta with grilled chicken, Southern peas, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, Vidalia onions, bell peppers, vine-ripe tomatoes, pecorino Romano, fresh basil and vegetable broth, and extra virgin olive oil; osso buco-style beef short ribs
braised in SweetWater 420 beer jus topped with Vidalia onion rings; and grilled fresh catch of the day fresco with diced Roma tomatoes, ginger, and white balsamic butter sauce. All entrées are served with asparagus and grits.
Jackson's Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
