Jackson's Steakhouse Serving Easter Brunch
Jackson's will be open and serving Easter brunch on Sunday, April 4, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $29 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée.
Appetizer selections include: carpaccio of pastrami-smoked salmon with Creole mustard-mayonnaise sauce, fresh fruit and assorted-berry parfait, or a Jackson's Caesar salad.
Entrée selections include: steakhouse eggs benedict with roasted beef tenderloin and béarnaise sauce; toasted English muffin topped with fried green tomatoes and poached egg with creamy jumbo lump crab and fresh chives; Nassau quiche with tomato, green bell pepper, red onion, garlic and pork sausage; wood-grilled catch of the day with lemon butter sauce and capers; slow-roasted herb- and spiced-rubbed 14-ounce boneless Governor's cut prime rib au jus; and grilled bone-in lamb steak with tangerine and mint glaze. All entrées will be served with grilled asparagus and grits.
Jackson's Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
