Jackson's is stepping into summer, offering a new way to enjoy these early, warm evenings downtown. Beginning this month, Jackson's will begin offering flights of scotches, whiskeys, rums and cognacs for your enjoyment.

A flight is a mini-tasting session, offering samples for the patron's drinking pleasure. Full flights offer a one-ounce pour of each, and a half-ounce pour for the half flights. Flights not only provide a special pricing, but also offer budding enthusiasts with an introduction to new tastes and allows aficionados the occasion to sample some of their favorites.

Each flight offers an array of selections; a tour of scotches, a flight finished in different types of casks, a sample of the rum isles, tastings of the world's whiskeys, and a variety of cognacs. Try one, try all.
